It is a basic rule for staff members to strive for our goal "to become a company that is a hallmark of the 21st Century", CyberAgent's vision, by working together. We aim for an ambitious goal by complying with this rule and working proactively with each staff member.

It is an expressed provision of standards of conduct for staff members in order to maintain the Venture Spirit which was CyberAgent's starting point even though the company continues to grow dramatically.
